On 1 August 1991 the Slovenian tolar (SLT)
replaced the Yugoslav dinar (YUN)
in the territory of the former Yugoslav republik of Slovenia.
Because the new banknotes not yet were available
at this time,
there were issued temporarily nameless vouchers,
so-called "Bons".
The exchange was carried out at a ratio of
1 YUN = 1 SLT (Bon).
On 1 June 1992 the Slovenian tolar (SIT)
replaced the Bon vouchers (1 SLT (Bon) = 1 SIT).
All presented banknotes belong to the series, which was - wholly or partially - in circulation during my stay in Slovenia (1991).The collection does not claim to completeness or timeliness.
